Great airport, easy to know. The one thing that bothers me and holds me back from 5 stars is there is only one central access point for baggage, necessitating a long walk.
Flew here instead of Toronto for a meeting in Niagara Falls, ON. Easy airport to get in and out of. Anchor Bar (and Penny the server) were great (as were the wings and fried green beans)! Hamdi offers a great cut at the barber shop. Never thought I'd say this...can't wait to come back to Buffalo.
The Buffalo airport is well run with very friendly staff. Our experience was very good. I am a nervous traveler and I was very happy through out my experience.
