I watched the professionals at this airport keep the runway open like heros on Wednesday during a very heavy snow storm. I am sure many airports would have just given up, but these guys were ploughing every other take-off (or so it seemed). Great job in keeping your flights moving. Each one you get off the ground (when it would be easy to stop them) saves 150(ish) people from missing special family moments, making important meetings, getting a good nights sleep and many other impacts.
The SWA ticket counter people were awesome. They went out & retrieved my checked bag so I could put something in the TSA wouldn't allow. TSA was nice enough to walk me back out instead of throwing out my items. Really great, considerate people. If that had happened in Phx it would have been a completely different situation. Shout out to all those working 12/13/16! Appreciate all that you do.
We need a special parking area for family and friends to park & wait for loved ones. We need something else to liven it up as well.
I had a long delay in my fight and I had an opportunity to explore the terminal. It is a straight line from one end to the other and there is at least one good sit-down restaurant. There are seats around the United area that are have power outlets for electronics as well arm rests with cup holders. All in all it was not a bad place to spend time before or in between flights.
I was there yesterday for the game. Very pleasant experience. Nothing bad to say about it. It's clean, efficient and friendly.

I flew Jet Blue... great experience.!! Everyone was fantastic. I fly with my service dog and everyone was so helpful on the Buffalo/Los Angeles flight at 6:45pm. This airline is going more and more places... and a direct flight Woww!! Thanks, Jet Blue... Don Marston & Boomer.
I traveled to FT lauderda yesterday morning on southwest and I had a wonderful experience 🏻 Except for the fact that security had to take my bottle of lotion cuz it was to big but what ever. They gave it back to my parents so all is good lol
