Buffalo Niagara Airport is my home airport and I find it to be very easy to navigate. I flew into Baltimore yesterday from Buffalo, and had to walk forever and to another level to get to my connecting flight. The people in Buffalo are very helpful and friendly. I had a cheerful conversation with the gentleman checking my bags outside. He was a delight.
