Landed, off the plane and stood at bus stop in less than 15mins. Can't argue with that
Great airport, the gate to an even greater area! Nice to have been there!
I live here. I have used our airport many times. Drop off is quick and easy. The airport is kept clean. My checked bags have always come out quick, within a few minutes of landing. Yesterday I waited at least a 1/2 hour at another airport while the person picking me up had to drive around and around. Overall, and if you are looking at percentages, my flights have been on time, traveling has been smooth and seamless. Maybe I should have given our airport a 5?!
People were very nice and friendly. Security was easy. Flights both ways were excellent. I love flying Jet Blue! It is easy to fly with kids on Jet Blue! Wish they still had the Long Beach to Chicago service, though.
Very organized. Very friendly helpful people. Out of all the airlines I have been I like Jet Blue the best. The leg room alone is worth it. I wish they flew to Tuscon.....
The process was the most organized I had seen . We had a shuttle from the parking lot as we patked the car. No waiting. Had one of the best hamburgers ever.
They threw out my Bison chip dip I was taking to our niece because it was a gel! But I could rebuy it after security for twice the price wth

This was one of my best airport experiences ever, and not just because I'm now traveling with toddler in-tow. The people here were all so friendly and helpful, but let's be honest - the toddler play area is one of the most amazing additions I have ever seen in an airport. What a great way to help kidlets get their wiggles out before boarding an airplane!! Thanks for focusing on the family, Buffalo Niagara Airport, and for making our morning a little easier. Kudos to you for your thoughtfulness!
