I had no problems! Used a parking lot I found on line. Saved a few bucks and had a shuttle follow me to my space. Very fast and efficient people.
It was awesome experience in the airport...the duty free shops were very impressive in terms of cost as well.

The first time i flew into this airport 35 years ago, i thought i was in a 3rd world country. Over the years it has evolved into a world class facility. It is clean , bright and convienient. Found security process fast and efficient. Rental car area was easily and quickley accessible. Great experience.
When you fly into buffalo plan to Wiater for your bags as well as you gate. They suck!
Easy to navigate. Great tourism items that we bought for souvenirs. Bought a fruit smoothie for breakfast at a vendor booth and it was delicious. She was super friendly as well and made us feel at home while she prepared the food. Very clean bathrooms and facility!
Parking situation could be better, as it is very spread out and can be a long wait for the shuttle sometimes. Also could use some sort of food/bar/beverage area available before passing through security for those dropping folks off and picking them up. Otherwise, it's a bright, clean, easy airport to fly to and from!
