My entire family loves The Buffalo Dental Group, they use cutting edge technology and are always looking for the best solution for their patients. Dr. Kolber is our dentist and he is kind, and very professional. His assistants are very skilled at helping him during procedures, and they make you feel at ease and relaxed. The hygienists are very thorough and gentle. The receptionist Betty is very knowledgeable and a scheduling wizard!! I have been a patient there for about 30 years.
Debbie the hygentist was amazing....my teeth feel wonderful and so is she. However the receptionist who greeted me was rude and did not give me the new patient paperwork to complete. I completed it w Debbie so that delayed my visit. I was there at 245 for a 3pm appointment so I would have had plenty of time to complete the paperwork. I will return to see Debbie.
Went in for a cleaning and i normally have anxiety at the dentist. The lady cleaning was so patient. Even offered to use topical numbing for my gums. Made the experience so much better, I couldnt thank her enough.
