Not very clear when stating that my bed won’t be fitted like stated in the receipt, just rather dumped in the house and then the guy demanded the delivery charge in the most unpleasant way. Service was absolutely appalling and when questioning on what time my delivery was coming the woman told me that I actually wasn’t placed in the diary even though she had phoned me days prior to confirm. Wonderful staff in store and great service there. Let down by the carpet fitters not being expected to clean up after themselves. Came back to a snow storm of carpet bits all through the passage way, up the stairs and into three bedrooms. Disappointed.

Teresa sold us a carpet a few years back and it's held up in a busy household wonderfully. Reasonably priced, great fitting service and a friendly staff environment, they are happy to engage and answer as many questions as you have. Their estimate was pretty good too so no hidden suprises
