It's a very small shop front in a very busy location. It was handy for me and my partner as we had rented accommodation just down the road and the location suited out purposes. The location where the cars are picked up isn't the biggest in the world and can present challenges when returning cars, but the staff are friendly enough.
I had an awful experience at Budget Car Rental Bd Battersea. The employee/manager was condescending, downright rude, and completely dismissive. He refused to accept my valid driver's license, which I've used without issue elsewhere, and demanded unnecessary documentation in a condescending and rude tone (even though I have more than enough documentation for my booking). This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I would strongly advise against renting from this location.

Avoid like the plague. They tried to up sell me an auto 7 seater. I said no and that was the only 7 seater they had. Then the car had a dodgy tyre that I only realised after the pressure indicator came on a few miles down the road and they charged me £200 to have it replaced. AVOID! They then get you to DM them so that you do not see the truth. Their response is ridiculous. Please avoid and use another car hire company.
Talad was extremely helpful during the collection & return of the car. I rented a Mercedes C-Class, and got exactly the make & model that was selected. The car did have a few small marks, but I double checked these back at the main office with Talad before driving away, and he confirmed that they were all recorded on the system.
