While the car was of a high standard and the pick up and drop off process smooth, there was a lack of transparency around pricing with the amount charged in excess of the amount quoted, with no explanation provided.

The collection was managed by a very helpful agent, the car was as offered, although a little dirty on the outside. Return was seamless and very easily dealt with. The only negative was the request to have proof of residence which was not required at check in.

cobros indebidos por el personal. el 18 de marzo tomamos un coche de alquiler por 5 dias. Nuestra reserva la hicimos por booking. Cuando llegamos mi reserva aparecia y todo bien, pero el agente de ventas que nos recibió nos preguntó insistentemente si queriamos agregar un seguro. Le respondimos tres veces que no, que no queriamos porque el seguro era casi el doble de lo que pagamos por la reserva. Really fast pick up process. I ended up getting a very nice car (Peugeot 408 hybrid) for a very competitive price. Return was easy. Even though I was an hour late, they were understanding enough to not charge anything extra. Will do business again with them in the future for sure!
