Everyone we dealt with at Budget Blinds was very nice. There was initially some confusion about the types of shades we wanted for the bedrooms, but the company quickly worked with us to address the issue. We received excellent customer service - service you rarely find these days.
I'm very happy with the product and service I have received from Budget blinds both times I have used them.
James Spring was such an excellent representative for your company as were the two installers whose names I unfortunately forgot. I LOVE my shades!

This was a very easy experience. Jim first came to my house with samples, and I made my selection, relying on his advice about materials, mechanisms, etc… Today, Connor (the installer) came to install them. He arrived on time, and completed the installation without a hitch. A very nice young man. The shades look great.
