Excellent and friendly customer service from initial appointment when Vicki came to measure up and being kept up to date when installation would be. Was really surprised and happy about wait time quicker than we thought approximately 3 weeks. Fitter (think he was called James) was friendly and knowledgeable did an amazing job so happy with the blinds .. we went for wooden vertical blinds and they have made such a difference to the look of our living room.
