I'm very suspicious that the manager doesn't use his real name, Roy Bennett. There's no Bud Budet. What's he hiding from? Roy's customer service skills aren't very good, especially if customers are dissatisfied. Roy tends to fly off the handle. And a full refund is not very likely. Some of the reviews are made by his staff, old and new, and by family members. I have proof of this. Anyway, I won't be doing business with Mr. Bennett again.

Vehicle specific wiring kits are very poor. Attempted to return one at my own expense, received 50% refund (£72) because I'd opened the plastic packaging and 'apparently' 1 washer and 2 nuts were missing. Pictures attached are the evidence of damage worthy of £72 being withheld. The best the company offered was to send the 'now worthless' kit back to me, again at my own expense. Once again I paid for postage, item never came back to me and neither did the other half of my refund.

Ordered tow bar for my rav4 arrived very quickly . Was very easy to fit and great customer service very helpful staff
