This Pan-Asian nightspot centers around a 10½-foot gilded Buddha. Buddakan features glistening decor accented by wasabi-colored booths, two full bars, plenty of sofas for lounging, along with a 20-person community table where you can share food and conversation with friends. Chef Scott Swiderski has created a whirlwind tour of the Pacific Rim in menu form, from Garlic Grilled Shrimp with Long Life Noodle to Wok Smoked Salmon to Szechuan-crusted Tuna with wasabi sour cream.

WOW !! General Tso Dumplings!! The Peking Duck is AMAZING!!! Buddakan was so awesome... Definitely going back soon!!
This is my favorite place for 20 years, but something was changed around a while ago, maybe the management, but food and service went down a drain for 3 years. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance and was greatly surprised to see that a lot in service and overall was changed back to good again. Now I am finally got my Buddakan back! Whatever you are doing now, keep doing that! Do not disappoint your customers again!!!
We went as a group of 8. Wonderful experience. The food was amazing. The Bass, wow! Excellent service and most of all a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended
Food was very good but the dim sum is the best. My husband could not get enough of the edamame dumplings...unique and delicious.
Always our favorite place!
Always delicious, never disappointed!! Larry our server THE BEST!!
Love this restaurant!!! Every time I stop in PHL I have to go there. Love the food and atmosphere
Very nice dining atmosphere. The saffron flavor is nice in the lobster fried rice. The beef satay appetizer was tender and tasteful. The donuts at dessert was the best.
Great discovery for me in Philly. Near Independence Hall in the historical section.
