This Pan-Asian nightspot centers around a 10½-foot gilded Buddha. Buddakan features glistening decor accented by wasabi-colored booths, two full bars, plenty of sofas for lounging, along with a 20-person community table where you can share food and conversation with friends. Chef Scott Swiderski has created a whirlwind tour of the Pacific Rim in menu form, from Garlic Grilled Shrimp with Long Life Noodle to Wok Smoked Salmon to Szechuan-crusted Tuna with wasabi sour cream.

Still my favorite Restaurant in Philadelphia. So unusual. Best food and service in town. Only wish they had free valet parking.
What can I say. This place is amazing. Staring with the wonderful service to the incredible meals. The cuisine was extremely delicious, the wine was wonderful and the service was like no other. For that special occasion or just a night out, I would highly recommend Buddakan. Try it once and you’ll be hooked!

I went here on Friday with my family and had the most amazing experience! I have celiacs disease and so finding places that are safe to eat at isn’t always easy. While this wasn’t my first dining experience this was my absolute best. Kyle our waiter was very attentive our water glasses were never empty and clean utensils always magically appeared.
