My parents purchased a truck for the first time at Bud Clary and it was the worst experience. The truck turned out to have many different problems even though they claim the truck was professionally inspected. The staff would avoid us every time we would take the truck to get it “fixed.” If I could give Bud Clary a zero star I would. I definitely do not recommend buying from this dealership.
My old Volvo finally kicked the bucket, so I came in looking for a new rig. Within two days, I had a new car! Everyone treated me like family and were very helpful with my first experience with them!
From start to finish, service was great. BC got our Tahoe in on time, did a diagnostic, called me and had the part in stock. Performed the work that day and was for amount agreed upon.
Just great service. The young man that is in charge at the service desk has a super personality and makes sure you are taken care of.
My husband and I came in to have our 4Runner and Tundra serviced while we waited we went window shopping. I’ve always wanted another Tacoma pick up the only one we saw was lifted and we are not on the tall side. Samantha Hutton came up introduced herself asking if she could help us. She took all the information about the Tacoma we were interested in. Then while she was researching which one of Bud Clary dealer ships may have one. I had the nicest lady at the service desk help me, and the replacement of the light bulb in my Chevy Traverse took much less time that originally thought. Thank you.
