Can't give 0 stars. Horrible customer service, horrible service department. They broke our mode actuator while fixing our heat actuator. Not only did they want to charge us for the repairs to fix what THEY broke, they charged us for diagnostics. We bought our 2 year old "certified pre-owned" car from them, as our first experience with Bud Clary, and it has been nothing but trouble since then.
