Bud Clary has amazing costumer service and dedication to its clients. I recommend having Samantha Hutton as a sale person. She went above and beyond what I expected and I got my very first car from her and her hard work!

I attempted to reach the service center prior to 7:30 AM. No one answered the phone such that I could find out about bringing the vehicle early for inspection. Instead I tried to get information from the "chat" option. When I asked the chat whether I was dealing with an actual person or a computer, it replied person. However, it became obvious that was NOT THE TRUTH! I do not like false answers. It destroys the credibility of your dealership. Need I say more?
This place was amazing I felt like I was in a family's home not in a dealership the people were so helpful and not pushy they made everything happen that I wanted and they were very honest about everything
Purchased a car not even 2 days later does the check engine light come on but also the airbag service light and an engine knock! Called to see what they had to say, had to wait a week for an appointment and was told not to drive the car. Finally appointment day came dropped car off took 2 days for them to call and say they weren't sure what was wrong but it was going to be over 1,000 to fix. I bought a car this last weekend from Samantha who I really liked. She took her time and answered my questions and when she couldn't she found someone who could. My negative would be that there was only one finance person there and the wait was very long (I nearly left). There was also a $345 theft fee on my bill that no one explained about until I asked and it was removed.
