Horrible customer service at Toyota Bud Clary in Moses Lake. Dropped my vehicle off at 10:30am went back to pick it up at 3pm and they hadn't even started it. Called at 2pm cause I had not heard anything and was told it was being worked on right then and he would let them know it needed to be done by 3pm. Got there at 3pm and they seen me coming and ran out to the truck to get it back for the service. If I wanted to wait while the service was being done on my truck I wouldn't have dropped it off. Quick and flexible! Alicia was helpful and friendly.
They installed a kilometer gauge cluster instead of standard without even calling to double-check. Then refused to put the standard one back in or give me my old part back. Then they took me in the backroom to have 5 people gang up on me to argue with me. Big mistake. I left the car there demanding my part back. They called Toyota and Toyota rep solved the problem for everyone and put the right part in. There was no need for the way I was treated and the intense arguing that took place.
