Bud Clary provided the best pricing package out of 5 dealers. Adrianna Flynn did an exceptional job putting everything together, in addition, she has tremendous product knowledge. In regards to her customer service, she even took the time to drive my new vehicle 100 miles to my house when the vehicle did not arrive on the scheduled date to the dealer as part of a dealer trade. (not the fault of Bud Clary). I would highly recommend dealing with Adrianna for your next vehicle purchase.
purchased a very nice 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, with in a few days had problems. Truck wont stay running when you fill the tank and sounds like a electrical arc in the steering column. Called them because I have a 3 month 3000 mi warranty and they wont tell me if it's covered under the warranty. They told me I have to let the service department diagnose it and then they can tell me if it's covered. In other words forcing me to use their service department and possible being told it's not covered and leaving me with a big bill.
Buying a from Bud Clary through Jessica Craig was a delight. She was extremely helpful in showing me cars and helping me pick the best one for me and my family. And when my parents needed a new car it was an easy decision to go back to Jessica at Bud Clary. She worked hard to help them find the best car and deal for their situation. Awesome service.
