About this business

Located half hour north of Seattle, Buck's American Cafe has good food and a casual atmosphere, making it a worthwhile stop for folks with business at Boeing's Everett plant. The menu is a cornucopia of decent burgers, soups and salads, plus dishes like Baked Sea Bass, New York Pepper Steak, Wild Mushroom and Goat Cheese Ravioli. Every weekend, the restaurant serves slow-roasted Prime Rib. Leave room for the special pies (Peanut Butter, Bourbon Street Pecan and others).

Horrible food... sub-par service. Won't be coming here again. None of our steaks came out to order. Things were missing from plates (like butter for baked potatoes and tortillas/rice for steak fajitas - that weren't seasoned) and there were lipstick stains on glasses. The manager asked what he could do... we asked for the check... but he should have offered to comp something.. you should never elude that a patron needs to ask for a comp.

It's a 35 mile drive from Skagit Valley to Buck's - a drive never regretted. You will always feel welcome and mix easily with congenial clientele that patronize Buck's. Excellent cuisine and bar served by "real" people eager to please. Great Northwest atmosphere.

Beyond wonderful service. The chef came out to make sure everything was amazing. Best crab cakes I have ever had! The dinner was amazing and so was the staff. Will definitely be coming back to eat.
