I had my birthday party at Bucks. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I can't wait to go back.
I had been to Bucks years ago and it was good. I suggested we meet another couple there for dinner. Service was very slow, steaks and burgers and Oysters were all over cooked. Medium rare was well done. It took forever to get noticed, get our order taken, get drinks and even longer to get the overcooked food. Prices are high for this quality of food and bad service. Eggs Benedict came cold. Waited 15 mins for re-fire. Server said sorry & took $1.10 off the bill. Wow...thanks for nothing...won't be back...I'm sure they don't care! What ever happened to customer service?
