Great atmosphere and history. Roz was also great to listen to upstairs.
Atmosphere was great..... food not so much but then again you're paying for the history of the building
If you go to Denver you must eat here once. I have been to the establishment twice and the food and service both times are excellent. The price also ranges from very affordable to very elegant so there really no excuse not to dine here. One can feel the Old West ambience as soon as you walk through the door. And you can almost imagine yourself a gun slinger down a harsh whiskey at the bar on the second floor. Go there, young man. You won't regret it.
The food and service was excellent and the atmosphere is beyond compare.
One of the best, if not the best meal I've had in my life. I can't say I've ever got to try rattle snake, Rocky Mountain oysters, elk, bison, and quail all in one sitting. We went with our family and everything came out cooked to perfection. Also, you simply can't beat the historic surroundings and atmosphere of the place. If you are ever in Denver and are looking for a place to eat, this is a must go.
