My wife and I were in Denver for 9 days and this was our most anticipated meal. Sadly, it was also our most disappointing. We started with the game tips, which were way overcooked. I ordered the elk and 2 quail. The quail was perfectly fine, but the elk was about two temperatures over what I asked for. My wild rice mix had sat somewhere before it reached my table because parts of it were so dry it was like the wild rice hadn't been cooked. Such a wonderful place to celebrate a special event. The staff is very personable and want you to enjoy yourselves. We had the rattlesnake queso and chips and the Steak for Two. Both were delicious.
