The food is as good as I remember from days past. Not sure when it happened, but the menu is Uber skimpy. If you remember "the book" - long gone. The replacements are cool tho. Made to look like the paper that was around when they opened, basically one piece of paper folded in half. The Elk medallions were amazing! The atmosphere was very unique and I would definitely recommend this restaurant and return again!
I took a trip to Denver last month and was was anticipating a meal at this place. The décor was kinda neat. Everything went downhill after that. There was an issue in finding my reservation. It was a reservation for one.... just me. And I reserved it two nights before and was praised on the phone for doing it that way.
