The vet who put my cat to sleep today was brilliant and so comforting in reassuring us about our choice and how he was not suffering, would highly recommend him for the comfort in such a hard time

Originally wrote a 5 star review now I’m of other Minds having to put my dog to sleep with you. Absolute joke! You gave me the wrong information on how to get my dog cremated and now she’s delayed by a week.. having to be held up in your storage because of your mess up!! That is my family member, HOW DARE YOU?! You have caused so much pain by delaying her. Do not go here at all unless you want more suffering along with putting your pet to sleep with them.

I would not recommend buchan vets. They stopped seeing my dog before he sadly passed away because i couldnt pay the bill in full and asked to pay it up as was a single mum not working. So they wouldnt see my dog. So when he became really ill i took him to them through an appointment that was clearly grudged to be told he was very ill and had to be put to sleep. They kept my dog in a freezer for almost 2 weeks before picked up to be cremated because they wanted the bill paid first. So i had to find the money to pay to get my ... read more
