Just bought a 10 year old BMW from this garage . A couple of minor issues dealt with immediately by the garage , amazing freindly service . Very pleased with this local garage , thanks to Malcolm and Ash
First class service from Buccaneer Motors. Purchased a car which had a minor problem and nothing was too much trouble for them to resolve the issue. All the more appreciated when you are buying one of their cheapest cars. Cannot give them enough praise.
Purchased a ten year old toyota aygo from this dealership. Mechanicly car was absolutely fine. Bodywork average. Not the cleanest on collection but found the staff very friendly and helpful. After a good valet the car looked a lot nicer.( Update a year later.) Clutch and alternator have failed plus all brakes had to be replaced . Not a cheap car in the end

Purchased a 10 year old car back in September based on the good reviews. Since owning car I have noticed a couple of issues. They are happy to have a look at it (I am driving from Poole so a 2 hour round trip). However, the most recent issue I have (gears suddenly not going from 2 to 3 intermittently) they have been unable to help me with. It is an intermittent issue so by the time I drive down to the garage the issue may OR may not happen which is frustrating.
