Well for it being my first time dining at this establishment, I guess it was OK!!! I wasn't impressed with the people at the entrance at all!!! She said it would be a 40 minute wait, which actually turned into an HOUR wait!!! Our waitress, Finola, was actually very friendly & continued to check on us throughout our meal, no complaints at all with the service... As for my meal, it would have been a lil more enjoyable, had it been a bit HOTTER, it was barely at room temperature, thank god for the warming lights🙄 & French frie... read more

Ordered a strawberry mango drink mainly to get the souvenir glass. The drink was absolutely yummy. As directed, we took our receipt to the gift shop to get the glass. This five letter word female behind the counter said that, according to the receipt, we didn't pay for the glass. We had no control over whether or not it was rung up correctly!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!����

The queue was a bit crazy, although only to be expected at weekend on Pier 39. The gumbo was delicious (and a huge portion), and the Watermelon Coronarita was really good! �

We always have great service and a lot of fun and every time we're in San Francisco we go to Bubba Gumps.
It's been a while since we had gone to Bubba's and everytime we have gone we have always has a great experience but yesterday I have no idea what happened... Our waitress got out order and brought my children and I our food but brought my husband the wrong order.
