We went to Bubba Gumps (Pier 39) on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. There was a 20-25 minute wait for a table, which was expected for a holiday weekend. Once we were seated, our server, Brandon, was excellent! Our drinks arrived quickly and our meals were fabulous! We looooove Bubba Gumps and go every time we're in SF!! (Didn't realize we could've gotten preferred seating with our Landry's card - note to self for our next trip!!) First Time with my family to eat here. The AC was not even on. We don't even enjoy our food. Super hot inside the restaurant. �

Very good food and service. They absolutely need to get air conditioning in there though, it was 100° in San Francisco with no AC

This restaurant has delicious food that tastes good
After preferred seating (saved 25 min.) with LSC club, service and food went downhill. Worst service in over a dozen visits over the years. Will rethink Pier 39 BG next time in SF.
