The wait was very long and they seated people before us when we had a reservation. Basically a fast food shrimp house. The food was ok. The View was awesome though.
I had the worst service ever, we've been waiting for the food like 45 mins, smth was wrong with the kitchen, waitress wasn't looking at our direction at all cause she knew we were waiting for so long! As a result, my husband got his pot not well cooked! Idk what's wrong with bubba Gump lately
Customer service was poor! They told us it would be 30-45 min wait...Waited to be seated over 1hr 55mins. It was hot and miserable and very uncomfortable! Food was just okay and very small portions 👎👎👎👎
We love going to Bubba Gumps when we visit San Francisco, but the last couple times haven't been good. The food has been good, but service has been crappy. We went yesterday & it wasn't good. I sat there for an hour with NO REFILL, our waitress barely checked on us, our appetizer came out after our meal did, we got charged for a drink that my daughter never received & it was super hot in the restaurant. Definitely wasn't a good experience at all & don't think we'll be returning. It put a damper on our whole trip.
Very long wait- 2 hours and we were only there for about 40 minutes for our meal. Did like how they text you when your table is ready because we were able to go on the boardwalk to kill time. Seemed disorganized, we had to snag a waiter walking by after 10 minutes, he was very nice and helpful. Our actual waiter finally came and apologized and was very nice and kind to my children. She's probably the reason I gave this a 3 and not less. Food was not that great, especially for the price.
