We eat here every time we are at the pier. This year was perfect, we didn't have to wait an hour like we usually do and we got a good spot by the window over looking the water. The service is always great. Our server was polite and professional.

We went to have lunch. The staff was very young and actually forgot we were there. Finally , my husband stopped a young lady and asked if she knew who our server was supposed to be. She said oh my god, I’m so sorry. I’ll take your order. It took. Long time to get a bowl of gumbo & our fish tacos were stone cold and very strong fishy flavour. Always fun and thanks for the great birthday it was definitely fun
We had our first experience at Bubba Gump and it was awesome. Our server was very interactive and even played a little trivia game with us. The food was great and the view was even better.

We always make it a point to stop here when we visit San Francisco, but never again will we go there! When the server brought the food out she hit my son in the face with the bucket and acted like she didn't do anything until I called her out on it, not once did she apologize! Then when I asked to speak to the manager he also didn't apologize just said he would talk with her, but seriously how do I know any of this would be done!
