The wait was horrible told it would be a 20min wait an hour later standing in line waiting to be seated 30 mins later we were seated. The buffalo chicken strips were overdone & hard to chew. I didn’t get my dinner salad till the end of the meal. Told to flip the card if we need something and anyone will help... not so, the waitress looked at our table and said “I’ll be back” never came back. We were there cekebrating a birthday at the Pier 39 restaurant.
1st time there. LOVED the food, the view was spectacular. Service was excellent. Was a longer wait than was told by 30 minutes. Definitely coming back to eat again. Just be honest with wait time!

We went for happy hour. It was neat to see all the memorabilia, the drinks were cold and the food was ok.

The wait is a lil long but the times i have gone we have gotten very good service never had we experience any problems, the food served is always great, i will continue eating here����

Service was exceptional. The food however was less desirable. We should have ate out on the strip where the sea food and clam chowder was fresh. Our bad for ordering what we did. We will know where to eat next time in SF!!
