Went there with friends for dinner and received the worst service. It took 1.5 hours to get food and even then they forgot 2 dishes. Servers were rude and management finally got involved. We ended up paying for our drinks and everything else was taken off of our bill, which is how it should have been since we didn’t get our food. I have been to many Bubba Gump’s and this one is horrible! I would not recommend this one to anyone. Needs lots of work!!
It has amazing food and the staff is great I will be back to eat there again
We were at Bubba Gump yesterday... great food, awesome service... now we're back... waiting for our turn to eat.. ���
Negatives- Waitress was very busy so service was a little slow. We ordered a second round of drinks that never came. Positives- food was delicious and place had a great atmosphere.

The Staff was great, the food was all right and pretty much average for this type of restaurant....being from Texas and comparing it to Joe's Crab Shack on the Bay in Corpus Christi.....blind folded your couldn't tell the difference in the food.....the price on the other hand was definitely more expensive
The waitress service is no good. I started to look for the waitress because no one was serving us. And the waitress did not was polite
