Well my husband and I came to San Francisco to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Picked Bubba Gump restaurant to try. My food was great but my husbands food was terrible. Steak under cooked and chewy,mashed potatoes cold, broccoli over cooked. We told waitress and she justvsayd sorry. Asked if he’d like to try something else. He tried to clam chowder and it was gross. The food was good. Ordered chicken sandwich and fish sandwich. Just disappointed that the waitress although friendly and attentive didn’t ask the Forest Gump questions. This is part of the overall experience.
Always a great place to dine with an awesome view.
Great service & all the workers were super energetic !
The food was not as good as we expected but the service was wonderful!! There was a wonderful view of the Alcatraz Museum so for the experience for my kids and family it was worth it!!!
Was called to be seated. Waited behind three other parties for five minutes. When inquiring what the hold up was, told that the hostess was also bussing tables. Not a good sign for getting service in a timely manner. Left and went next door to Luigi’s for pizza/pasta. No wait.

This place......amazing! The food is absolutely fantastic, the staff was insanely attentive, and the view (especially from the window table overlooking the bay) was breathtaking.
Good place for food and location is great! However again highlighting the gratuity on the receipt, not acceptable. British people are not brought up in a Tipping culture and it’s looked as rude. I would recommend that staff don’t do this and shouldn’t by any means expect a gratuity for their job. It makes us very uncomfortable and that was how we left.
We were told it would be a 30 min wait and they would send me a text. One hour later we went to a different restaurant!!! As of 13 hours later they still have not text me to let me know my table is ready. Lmao. Service is terrible!!!
