Bartender seemed annoyed, and had awkward stares and facial expressions after I ordered items. the food was good though
I’ve Never been to a Bubba Gumps before and this was not good from the moment we walked in. Rude person tried to seat us. The one saving grace for us to stay for at least drinks is Toni the Bartender! Thanks Toni!
Good food! Great service! Great atmosphere and on a side note, this was my third visit, three nights straight!!
The food is always great, but the waitress we had was the worse. No hello, how are you guys doing today, nothing. The waitress fussed and cursed the other waiter out the whole time. I've been before and didn't see this, so I was a nit disappointed by the waitress. Here tip, unfortunately was dictated by her unwillingness to connect with us during our visit. Customer service is everything.
Quick service. Not crowded. Light lunch crowd. Waitress attentive. Seafood feast was good(fried shrimp6, fried fish 2 with hushpuppies & fries). Good value Would recommend
shrimp scampi was too good. definitely get this dish.
My family just ate there today and our waitress Stephanie was awesome. She took the time to talk and interact with my kids, it was great. The food was awesome too. Definitely will go back when in Baltimore again.
Our waiter Journey was excellent stopped for lunch service was so good we came back for dinner service unfortunately journey wasn’t our server but the young lady’s birthday was today and she was just as awesome Happy Birthday Toni so if ur ever in Baltimore eat at bubba gump even though we’re Steelers fans “ Black and Gold forever baby we will come back to Baltimore and eat at Bubba Gump again
