We sat there for at least 10 minutes, it was not busy and at least 5 staff walked past our table. No one came to even bring us water or take our drink order. Four of us just walked out.
Not slow service. NO service. We were seated at a table for quite a while while servers walked past our table without saying anything. The place was almost empty. Several servers stood around and never made eye contact. It’s a shame. We have always liked Bubba Gump, but would never come back here. We walked out.
RecommendedService was slow.Cook forgot the chicken on the chicken ceasar on two order.

Thank you to Manager Steven at the Bubba Gump location in Maryland! My son was on an 8th grade school trip with 200 students from Kingsport, Tennessee. I called Bubba Gump’s to see if they would let me purchase a dessert in honor of my son’s first birthday away from home. As per company policy Steven said he couldn’t take my credit card information over the phone but would happily treat my son to a dessert item and have his servers sing to him.
