Worst customer service ever. 10 minutes at table before even being acknowledged. Lied to by the waitress who said menu showed corn on cob. It did not. Got food but had to beg several employees for utensils. Even manager did not help.

We always catch the shuttle from The Best Western to Bubba Gump’s the afternoon before we cruise on the Pride! It’s like starting your cruise a day early! The food is always great (we get 4-5 appetizers, no entrees)! The servers are friendly and attentive! As Landry Club Members, we have been to Bubba Gump’s in many ports! The one in Baltimore is one of the best ones! Although, the view in Kona really rocks! 👍🏼😊😍
