Can't fault service like this. Van in great condition, people approachable and efficient, pick-up/drop-off a breeze. Also provided a couple of extra blankets/straps to help with the move. Thoroughly recommend.

Rented a luton van for a house move. The collection and drop off was very smooth, very nice staff and they kindly let us take the van the day before as it was available which saved our skins. Would highly recommend.

I recently got a rental car from BTC vehicle rentals last minute on a Friday afternoon after my original car hire fell through. They couldn't have been more accommodating, with the process being so smooth and professional, I was on the road within 30mins in a nice well maintained Fiat 500, at approximately the same cost. My experience stopped while filling the hiring form. This is the first time I see a hiring company asking for the National Insurance Number! I have been hiring vehicules for 20 years including sport cars. Never anyone asked for the NIN. Unless a company demonstrates that they have the security level of Bank of England, I am not sharing my NIN. The last thing I want is them contacting me in 5 years time to explain how they have been breached and my NIN is now in the wild.
