I recently bought a car from B&T Autos and upon having it inspected after delivery some faults were found. I contacted them and dealt with Ali who couldn’t have been more helpful, he tried to rectify the issue and we ended up settling on a refund and a return of the car. The whole process was stress-free and done very quickly. Their customer service and resolution of the issue was faultless. Would highly recommend.
Please really consider before buying from this company, I’m so gutted with my experience! I purchased a VW Polo from them a couple of months ago, I live quite far away so was delivered to me all ok. However I got my mechanic to check it within weeks and there were so many faults with the car, underneath was covered in rust and severely damaged, it was in an awful state.
