Car ended up with a fault after less than two months contacted but they never answered my calls was offered half of the diagnostic cost back he stopped contact when I asked for my money back or the car repaired under warrenty not impressed
We bought a car from Karl on 20th November, the car started showing an issue with using too much engine coolant. it was booked into the garage at the first opportunity they could get it in for a pressure test. We were using the car the bare minimum and topping up with engine coolant before each journey. The car broke completely in a month of having it. I recently bought a car from Karl with a new MOT he obtained locally showing no issues or advisories. I did not notice the car had failed an MOT from another garage two weeks before showing a considerable number of faults. My local garage confirmed that necessary work had not been carried out and advised me that the car was not safe to drive. Karl no longer responds. Bought a range rover Evoque from Bsmart cars, Karl was very professional and friendly, you can tell he is very experienced and been selling cars for a long time. Karl spent at least a hour showing me the car, explain everything to me, nothing was too much trouble or hurried in time like sum bigger garages, I had 12 months warranty put on for free, delivered for free to my house, range rover was fully valeted too. All in all a very good experience. Thanks Karl for everything.
I bought a car from Karl, he was very quick at responding and happily sent videos of the car but also video called so can see in person how the stereo & heating all worked. Karl even offered warranty on the car and also delivery to my house which is over 2hours from his garage. Car came detailed inside and out with screenwash & fluids all topped. Really great service, would recommend.
