The workers were fantastic I can’t fault a single one of them!! As for management I don’t think they understand the importance of calling clients back when they say they will, it’s an absolute joke honestly and shabby behaviour!! The receptionists ( other than one ) need a course in how to stop telling porkies and actually ring back with a response no matter what, it’s basic manners Shabby management Shabby communication
