Im recently new to the surgery but I felt very uncomfortable with a certain female doctor. Made me feel like I shouldn't be there, didn't feel comfortable at all discussing my problems
Went too see a certain female doctor, she made me feel very uncomfortable barely spoke to me, she rushed through the first problem then when i mentioned the pain im having thats stopping me from walking dressing myself going too the toilet myself, she completely ignored my problems and told me theres nothing she can do, she was in a rush too go home she even turned her computers off and was just waiting too leave, im 5 months pregnant i was extremely upset after the appointment, i feel sorry for anyone who has that doctor sh... read more
Cant fault this surgery.whether you post on engage consult or phone or go in person you are given an appointment straightvaway if quite urgent or a telephone conversation with gp.met several receptionists and dealt with ,politely and happily,all Gps pleasant and thorough.if i had one fault it would be the length of time to get a blood test.
Moved here from Margaret St surgery over 10 years ago before the culture there was awful, unfortunately since covid the same problems and more have developed here. The system does not serve patients, it seeks to keep patients away from the surgery as much as possible. And , makes me and my family put off seeking help for as long as possible and dread it when we have to.
