registered here since i live nearby, had 2 er trips and severe pain, and on my way home from er was told to take a note to my gp to refer me to a cmats team asap. they disregarded me and sent me home because i didnt have an appointment when i could barely move? in the last 6-7 months of me being here, i have been able to see my gp a whopping one single time :) i highly suggest applying elsewhere because here, you are basically on your own. i had an mri scan, and when the results got sent to my gp i had to wait over a week ex... read more
Really difficult to speak to someone
Absolutely clueless. No one knows what they’re doing and always getting falsely diagnosed. Can never get an appointment even in an emergency.
Getting a prescription from this surgery is like looking for the Holy Grail. Dr telephoned daughter telling her to come to the surgery to collect a prescription due to it being out of stock in all chemists in the area). Arrived at the surgery only to be told it was sent to the chemist! She has been waiting 8 weeks for this prescription!! Reception staff are miserable as sin; no compassion for the miscommunication of both the dr and staff. They take no accountability for the confusion they cause.
