Excellent professional. The communication with Brian was good and when he visited, he came across as extremely knowledgeable and honest. He serviced my boiler & paid attention to detail, fixing bits & pieces along the way. Then he took the time to answer questions that I had regarding a potential future project.

My mam, aged 96yrs old, lives alone in Seaham. She needed a new mixer tap installing in her kitchen but had problems finding a reliable plumber. I live in Yorkshire & looked up Brydon & gave mam the number. She contacted Brian & he completed the job the day after she had rang him.
