It's Your Place is unreliable and constantly lies to the residents. Inadequate parking and break ins to bike shed, no support for loss or damage of property as a result from bike shed break ins and from car parks. Lifts always broken. Poorly renovated flats with constant issues. IYP refuses to help the residents to provide what has been paid for in rent and parking fees.
