I have used Bryan for many years for my front yard. They got rid of the weeds and kept my yard looking beautiful. A mistake was made with chemicals the first part of July, and they have gone above and beyond to make it right. Including laying two pallets of grass (thank you Billy!). So my yard is looking good again. I couldn’t recommend them any higher! Thanks Bryan Pest Control.

We tried 3 other local companies. Bryan pest control wipes out our problem in 1 visit! So grateful to Frank our service technician was out of this world. Thank you so much!

Had an appointment at 1 pm by 1:30 I called for a status. Was told Pat ran late on his last 2 calls. Lady on the phone said he was on the way. I had to get back to work. So I said no. She says ok have a good day you’ll need to reschedule. Thanks for wasting my time. Bryan came highly recommended.

We had a service man come out a little over a month ago for a one time service. We were told by the gentleman that if we saw any insects and needed them to come out with in the next 90days to just call and change to a quarterly plan and they would come out. Yesterday I called and the woman on the phone told me that was wrong and if I needed to be sprayed again I’d have to pay. We had our house sprayed on a Friday. We started seeing ants in the house that following Tuesday. I made 3 calls and had to leave voice messages each time and never got a return call. I finally speak to someone this morning, and at this point, we now have ants everywhere. I was told it would cost another $45 to have an additional treatment. I absolutely will not pay again and I will not be referring this company to family and friends.

We are a military family and have been stationed in Niceville in the past and have used Bryan PC. We have decided to make Niceville our retirement home and continued to use Bryan for all of our pest control needs for termites to indoor pest control. The Niceville office has been so helpful to us, we have had the pleasure of meeting there Branch Manager Billy Riley and he took the time to explain how their services work to protect our home. Had them come out March 5th for a treatment after a heavy rainstorm when I noticed some bugs, 1.5 weeks later continued to notice bugs. Called company and was told i would have to pay again for them to come back out, even though they offer a "satisfaction guarantee". When I asked about the so called "guarantee" I was told it didn't start until 30 days after I paid this additional fee for the treatment. FYI for those that may fall into the "satisfaction guaranteed" bracket...look elsewhere.

Just wanted to say that I saw one of your employees helping someone push their truck out of the road since it broke down! Amazing job! Keep it up! Love seeing things like this happen!
