We used Bryan & Keegan to rent out our flat for 2.5 years. They provided a good service throughout, negotiating any requests from the tenants or ourselves. We chose to sell with B&K and are pleased we did. Jamie and the team managed the whole process very well, liaising with the tenants, potential buyers and ourselves. Such a solid estate agents 👌🏻 Michelle, Jamie and Lia worked tirelessly to sell my flat in Ladywell, and really did everything they could to get it over the line. They negotiated a great purchase price under pretty terrible market conditions.
