Waited for 1hr to have a cleaning. I had to leave. Very un-professional... if they are short handed they need to find people that will show up to work, or fire what they have and start over..
Poor customer service... My first visit here i spent 1.5 hours past my appointment time Today is the second visit and i have been waiting an hour with no hope to be seen soon. I have inquired twice as to why the wait times are so long and both times i was left withe impression i was " bothering " them.. CHOOSE ANOTHER DENTIST...
My children n I both go to Mrs. Rachael, her n her team are wonderful!!! All smiles
On my daughter's 1st visit we waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before getting called to the back. Once we were in the back they told us they didn't have time to fix my daughter's tooth because it was too late and they were about to close. We made another appointment to come back, 3 weeks later. I'm at the office now, after waiting again in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours this time. Our appointment was at 930am, it's 12pm and she still hasn't started on my daughter.
