Multiple times I’ve called or showed up for scheduled appointments and been ghosted. My last appointment in September was canceled because they said a computer was down and they never contacted me to give me my new appointment date or say they were back in business or anything. And too bad for me that I can’t just go somewhere else because they’ve charged my insurance for exams and X-rays for treatment that has been needed since last year. I’ve been trying to get a tooth pulled since feb. I understand covid shut things down, then Laura shut things down, Then a covid exposure in the office caused another shutdown, then Delta shut it down last. Each of these times I had an appt. & was NOT Notified that they’d be shutdown a single time. So I have drove from Jena to Alex 5 times for my appointment not knowing they were closed.
