If this was a commercial company they would be out of business! The most difficult, awkward, unhelpful reception staff I have ever come across - with a baffling telephone appointment system that changes every time you call! Sadly, I fear that some local people will have missed out on vital medical care due to the difficulty in making an appointment. The actual Doctors and Nurses are excellent, and work hard, good luck getting to see one though....

Nearly impossible to make an appointment. Finally got an appointment for my son who is 6weeks old. 6week check was not completed properly only 2 things checked when she should’ve checked hearing eyes sleep etc. (lots was missed). Called reception to re book another appointment with a different doctor to have it completed properly. Was told I can’t have another 6 week check for him and that I have to call Monday at 8:30 to have a phone call with the same doctor again to chat about what she did and didn’t do!
