He was 1/2 hour late and didn't call. His equipment looked old. His hose was all taped up. I commented on it so he removed it. He seemed to be thorough. Removed a lot of dirt. 15 years worth. He missed a spot I saw. He was cordial and accommodating. Next time I will rent equipment and DYI. It seems easy enough and saves $$.

He has not done the work yet, but I am impressed with the information that I received. Mission accomplished! Bruce got the work done in a minimal amount of time. My Leather sofa and ottoman look brand new. I purchased these pieces from Pottery Barn (Turner Leather) approximately two years ago and wanted to keep them in top shape. HomeAdvisor provided a professional who did an excellent job.
