Bruce was terrific. He promptly responded for my request for service. He was on time and efficient. He did a beautiful job on the carpet and upholstery and took time to teach me how to best deal with stains and accidents. He did a superb job and was reasonable.
I was trying to get Stanley but I guess they were to busy to contact me back so I got Bruce because I needed somebody now. I was prepared for disappointment, however, I was not, Bruce did a very good job and was willing to do extra to make sure things were right and even in pressured times like before Thanksgiving charged a lot less than Stanley, I was not disappointed.

Very pleasant & nice man. Poor hygiene & physical presentation.
Carpet not clean after service completed. Carpets were dirty from daily wear. No major stains happened on either carpet. Spills from water and daily use of scooter/ wheelchair.
